Is Scott Peterson Innocent?

According to many, Scott Peterson is innocent. A case of "trial by media", a bungled police investigation and/or an incompetent juror system. First of all, there are obviously his parents: We're grieving for the loss of Scott's wife and the baby. Our family is just devastated, and we feel an equal amount of pain for the Rocha family — Sharon and Ron and the whole family. But... our son is innocent. We know that. We've known it from day one. (Source)But others too are voicing their concerns over the police's investigation and the prosecution's handling of the case. Not to mention the apparent incompetency of the jurors to apply the law correctly based on the lack of real evidence. 114 and counting: That's the number of men released from death rows in the United States in the past 12 years, after DNA forensic science proved they could not have committed the crimes the jurors said they did.
